- What will membership actually cost?
- Professional is currently planned at $149/month ($249/month with golf simulator access). Executive is planned at $299/month ($399/month with golf) and adds a dedicated desk, priority conference room booking, and weekly meeting room hours. These are our current planned rates and may adjust before opening. Founding 50 members lock in whatever the confirmed rate is at signup — permanently, for as long as they stay a member — even if pricing rises later for everyone else.
- Is my $100 refundable?
- Yes — in full, any time before we open. Reach out to hello@thelinkside.com and we'll process it directly.
- What exactly gets locked in?
- Your base membership rate (Professional or Executive), for as long as your membership stays active without a gap. Add-ons like golf access or a private office are priced at whatever the current rate is when you add them.
- What if Linkside doesn't open?
- Your deposit is fully refunded. No conditions.
- Do I have to choose golf or no-golf right now?
- No — you can decide when you convert your deposit to a membership.
- When do I actually start paying?
- Nothing is charged when you submit the form above. After a brief conversation to confirm it's the right fit, we'll send a secure link for your $100 deposit, which becomes a credit toward your first month once the club opens.
